ORA-12546: TNS: Permission Denied

I've read a lot on "ORA-12546: TNS:permission denied" on stackoverflow site, but all topics are concerning Linux. I tried to set read and execute permissions on c:\app\oracle, where my Oracle is installed. Actually, Administrators already by default had all permissions on that directory, so it did not make any difference

ORA-12546: TNS: Permission Denied

Problem:Only-tables are exported fine, but with owner=myuser export key I get TNS:permission denied, and only if Windows scheduled task is started by schedule, while manually started task does everything OK. How do I make it export all, and by schedule?

Added new server, so I updated the scripts to include possibility of more server names. After cluster failover to new server, of the four DB, three run fine, archive and DB, the fourth gives me the ORA-12546: TNS:permission denied error when run from NB, or as root from the server. When run as oracle by running the script, it works fine.

We see that we get a Permission denied error when trying to view the contents of the directory when the read permission has been revoked. Despite not being able to see what is in the directory we can still change our working directory to that directory.
